Crescent’s core capabilities include sourcing off-markets deals, ongoing investment management, and dispositions. Typical clients and investment partners are large family offices and institutional platforms.

Crescent’s active investments total nearly 5 million SF and over $200mm in value. Key investors include two family offices with a combined AUM of $5 billion.
