Cameron Babbitt
Managing Director
Cameron is focused on acquisition and disposition of investment real estate on a nationwide basis for a variety of institutional, family office, and private equity investors.
Cameron is co-founder of Crescent Capital and has 10 years of capital markets and investment real estate experience. Before founding Crescent, Cameron led capital advisory teams focused on Southeast investments sales and launched the capital markets platform at Pintail Capital Partners, a Southeastern-based commercial real estate investment, development and brokerage firm. Cameron has developed significant expertise and relationships leading to over $500 million in transaction volume throughout his career.
Cameron holds a degree in Business Administration from Furman University where he was a member of the Furman University Men’s Tennis team. After graduating from Furman, Cameron attended law school and holds a Juris Doctorate degree from West Virginia University. Cameron is a member of the West Virginia Bar. In addition to spending time with his wife and two children, Cameron enjoys tennis and golf.
Tommy DeMint
Managing Director
Tommy began his career in Charlotte, N.C. where he spent nearly 10 years with Banc of America Securities and Wachovia Securities in Debt Capital Markets. He later joined a S.C. family office, with +$100mm in assets, managing a commercial real estate and public equities investment portfolio. From 2016-2019, he was Head of Capital Markets for a $13bn regional bank.
Prior to co-founding Crescent Capital in 2022, Tommy helped launch the capital markets platform at Pintail Capital Partners, a Southeastern-based commercial real estate investment, development and brokerage firm.
Tommy has an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BS in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina, Honors College.
Sydney Crane
Associate
Sydney is an Associate with Crescent Capital and focuses on the underwriting and sale of industrial investment properties nationwide.
Sydney began her career with Pintail Capital Partners where she was involved in over $250 million worth of transactions along the East Coast. She graduated from Georgia Southern University where she earned a double degree in Marketing and Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
In her spare time, Sydney volunteers for Southeast German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue and Meals on Wheels.
