Crescent, along with its affiliated Registered Investment Advisor, has a core network of institutional, family office and high net worth investors with whom it partners. Crescent’s principal investing strategy is focused on multi-tenant, value-add industrial opportunities. Principal investments are executed through the Company’s investment entity, Harbour Capital, Inc. In the last three years, Harbour has co-invested in approximately $200 million of industrial properties representing nearly 5 million SF and over 50 tenants.
